To my draft gurus about drafting a corner in the first round

January 16, 2024 07:54AM
I am a firm believer of building the trenches out. Now if there is an exceptional/ explosive athlete that is a transcending player by all means take them.

But on our team we have a lot of needs CB, Edge, some say LT.

I believe if you have a stronger front seven on D you can get away with a decent corner.

On the flip side if you have a weak front seven on D it will make a good corner mediocre.

Thoughts?

If the next Darrelle Revis is in this draft, take him. Otherwise go LT or Edge.
