hindsight is alway 20//20, but if they did go for it and failed, he would have been crucified for doing that with 4:30 left on the clock....sometimes you just can't win, but man I wish they would have went for it seeing how soft the defense played after that punt .

I was perfectly fine for not going for it but then our D inexplicably went totally soft on the ensuing Lions drive.
They basically gifted the Lions with a couple of first downs that iced the game for them.
If you do punt in that situation you absolutely must raise hell on D, especially with only 1 TO left.
All second half our D was aggressive and stopped the Lions again and again only to play it ultra soft in that game deciding situation.
