The name of the award is "Coach Of The Year"... not career. As for career... hell yes, McVay, hands down.
Like I said below.... normally I'd agree with McVay as Coach of the Year THIS year... But to me what Stefanski accomplished is even more amazing... BOTH amazing, but wow... what QB is Cleveland on? Their 4th? That alone is unheard of and worthy even if you consider nothing else. - JamesJM
