Stefanski in Cleveland thats who

Cleveland has won 11 games... 11! and is likely to win their 12th. They lost their all-star QB Deshaun Watson and his backup for the year!! They lost their starting LT & RT and RG for the year! They lost arguably the best RB in football for the year and his backup for the year and had to turn Kareem Hunt

McVay has Stafford as a QB healthy but for a couple of games. Last year when McVay experienced similar injuries with the Rams the Rams finished 5-12

Why do we have to insist that McVay should be coach of the year?

This is not 2017 when he obviously deserved it. The coaches in Indy (who is heading the playoffs with Garner Minshew as their Q and Stefanski in Cleveland OBVIOUSLY AND WILL BE MENTIONED BEFORE MCVAY
Now that being said man McVay was on the Mat... 8-18 over two years and started this year 3-6. No backup QB still forcing the the offense through Stafford who unlike in 2021 is not capable of carrying this team with this oline and no run game. McVay changed it up... he did what many of us have been begging him to do

Let's see how he finishes this thing off but McVay doesn't get a mention as coach of the year over those other two and it is obvious... he has a SB winning QB
