Really started to think Snead had lost his touch and wouldn't have the chops to rebuild this team, but he's proven me wrong this year with the best draft this team has had in a very long time. Add the brilliant Dotsun signing, and I have to admit he's still one of the best GMs in the game. Glad he's off the wheeler dealer phase and has been pure in pursuing this years philosophy of staying off of reactive signings. Les isn't perfect. His contract handouts confound me, and Higbee must mow his lawn or something, but he's been a solid member of this organization for a long time, and has earned respect.
