no one is perfect, so let's remeber that, but.....
After missing on Stetson Bennett, stcking with Rypien as our back up was a huge mistake and it cost us one win imo(Green Bay)....Should have had a McCoy or Wentz in here as soon as SB went AWOL
The kicking game should have been taken more serious after losing out on Gay....that cost us a game this year too(Steelers game)
Some other things that bother me, letting players like Darious Williams walk and giving Noteboom a contract before he deserved a penny was a major blunder.
like I said though, no one is perfect and he's been a huge part of our recent run of success, so i will take the good with the bad and hope he can help getting us back to being one of the best teams in the NFL for another 6-7 years run real soon.
