Why is it conditioned to the use of those 2 players? You have multiple options outside of them. Actually IMO that's the major problem, the seeming inability to put in place an offense that goes outside the realm of Cooper and Puka. TuTu is never used,at best a seeming afterthought, screens are rarely attempted to RB's or anyone else, the run game is dumped to quickly IMO as well. TE's are almost a non factor as well.
With all those issues the writer finds a worry about Cooper and Puka shaking out OK? LOL.........

The series where they tried everything to work Tutu in, and he dropped the balls thrown to him. That happened. There was a Robinson sighting. Higbee finally caught a pass. And they ran a few screen plays to Hendo. Had Staff been able to get him the ball, he might have even had a touchdown.
Plenty of plays went to guys other than Kupp or Puca. But if I'm calling plays, I'm absolutely giving the ball to those two because they're easily the best players on the team. It's not close. Puca is head and shoulders above Atwell, and if I'm Staff, he's the one on my target list. It's not about who everyone has a soft spot for, it's who produces.
