Hahaha 43, you have now ventured into the territory of "conspiracy theorist" for daring to question and even criticize boy wonder McVay, the offensive genius.
It's pretty clear and simple to me, unless McVay improves greatly or replaces himself as the OC/play-caller it will not matter that much in 2024 who the Rams sign in FA and draft. McVay and his offense will hold them back unless they have a "Dream Team" ALL-IN campaign acquiring vet stars for top draft picks and sacrificing the cap again with many stars aligning just right like they did in 2021.
What do you think the chances are of McVay stepping down as the real play-caller and/or hiring a solid OC for 2024? Seems quite unlikely to me.

This struggling Rams O is a multifaceted problem and all facets need to be addressed. It goes far beyond Kupp and Puka, both of whom have proven themselves on the field beyond any doubt.
McVay’s play calling. Heck, maybe McVay should let another call the plays?
Stafford’s inaccuracy and decision making.
OL blocking.
Not sticking to running game and KW’s health issues.
Insufficient use of Atwell which would diversify the O and be harder to defend.
Virtually ignoring the TE corps as a weapon. Either as targets or using some 12 sets (or both).
No snaps for Zach Evans. Seriously? After trading up for him in the draft?
Too few opportunities for the promising Davis Allen.
Most of the above trace back to decisions made by McVay. There. I said it.
