With Noteboom almost out the door and Jackson not performing great at LOT (mediocre perhaps, not terribly and great swing tackle) then LOT is HIGH PRIORITY.
McVay needs an all-star team around him with a great pass protecting OL to compensate for his OC/play-calling flaws.
Either sign a quality FA LOT (hard to find and expensive) or draft one in the 1st or 2nd round but they would likely struggle at first.

That's just the reality of selecting players in the top part of the draft. And why if there is a way around it, do NOT draft a QB in the 1st round because you are using valuable draft capital for a huge gamble.
