If there's one thing I've learned over my time, it's that if you're calling out the shopmen and installers on your crews, you're already making your first mistake. Management is the one usually responsible for their performance. So it's funny that I see all the finger pointing now over the roster, along with absolution over managements fingerprints all over this. For every lapse of execution, I've scratched my head over the play calls, clock management and personnel decisions. And if y'all want to continue riding on '21s coat tails, that's fine, but those years are over and I want to talk about what their plan is to win in '24. Just upgrading the roster isn't getting it done if nothing else changes.
