Not only does it muddy up our free cap next year, but we need a new QB.
Stafford can be very good and a bit streaky in a bad way.
But we'll get almost nothing in exchange trade wise and loose cap flexibility.
Offensive wise, we need more OL help, a big on potential backup QB, maybe another RB and McVay to sometimes get out of his own way.
ie...
run the ball... often/consistently
Mix up personel packages... 11 and 12
Stop being so predictable in play calling, like wr screens on 3rd downs etc.
And dhow some real new creativity.
