Over the cap says if we trade Donald we will have a 33 million dollar cap hit. If we trade Stafford wile will have an 87 million cap hit.
2024 we can trade or cut Donald and its almost a wash. Stafford would still be a 37 million dollar hit. He would be cut or trade allowable after 2024.
