Officer: Are you carrying any firearms or weapons in your vehicle?
Kendrick: Yes sir. In my jacket.
Officer: (Calls for backup) Please exit the vehicle.
Look, this type of conversation takes place every day in LA. It's not Texas. If you're pulled over, you may very be asked if you are carrying firearms or other weapons, and you will be told to produce Certification at the very least if you are carrying. And if you're getting pulled over at 2am in LA, they're not playing with you.
I don't think anything comes out of this, and am pretty confident it falls along what I described above. The concealed carry will get slapped off and this will be what it is- something about nothing.
