Not taking credit for it but I've brought up situational awareness a few times in relation to McVay.
Could be others as well - it's so obvious that I couldn't be the only guy making the observation.
It's something that has becoma a part of my thinkin, part of my vocabulary since having retired military friends who did some heavy lifting in combat.
