McVay has addictions to cute pass plays and small fast offensive players. His track record proves this.
What bothers me is that if an invested football guy can pick this up, why can't he? This is not solving differential equations.
On the hopeful side McVay has shown that he has the ability to learn and adapt/change but way too slow.
I'm still so glad that we have him as our head coach but he is showing that he's not in the "superior" coaching class. Something is wrong/broken/missing in Ramville.
