Some of the choices felt like he was leaning on old habits when he had a veteran team, with flawless execution. Mostly, he needs to coach understanding that this is not a veteran team and things that would have worked 2 years ago and, pre snap - look really appealing, may not really be there with this group.
I do think he needs to simplify things a little as they learn on the fly. It's a long season and maybe everything going as planned in Seattle kind of threw his thinking off a little.
