The metric for success in past drafts was that a selection made it onto the starting squad their rookie year. No mean feat, but hardly a smashing success. But these guys aren't just showing up with their uniforms on, they're making an impact- setting records even. Yes, it's early, but these rookies are something to get excited about. I've done a lot of Snead Soul Searching recently, but he's proven me wrong and seems to have knocked this one out of the park.
