While McVay appeared aggravated during the game, smiling a lot at the end, he has said it's the practices he prefers. He just is not going to show his hand in preseason.

I agree with everything you wrote.

Even though I don't expect much out of this season, 6-7 wins at most, it's a rebuilding year and will be what it will be.
