I'm never going to get too excited or too low based on anything i see in preseason....staying healthy is the biggest thing to worry about

This is typical for a McVay team. You just can't base anything off of our preseason games. Although I still see a very tough year coming up, it's not because of how we play in the preseason.

Everybody knows it's the "OTA" and "Practice" reports that tell us everything we need to know!
