Yes, all of those positions need to be addressed, particularly QB in the not-too-distant future. Just not sure next year is the year it will happen.
But I suspect the team realizes it needs to rebuild their O line and they seem to recognize that in order to compete with the Niners and Seahawks, they need to become more physical. Hence, the selection of Avila.
When McVay began his tenure here, one of his first moves was to solidify the left tackle spot with Whitworth and he was a cornerstone of those Ram teams. Jackson may turn out to be a decent LT, but will he be a franchise type? I wouldn't bet on it and I wouldn't be surprised if they make a move for a dominant left tackle next year.
