Yeah I agree....the only thing is

sometimes those players take 2 - 2.5 years to develop and then due to the 4 year deal they are gone

They are essentially redshirted year 1 and some take another year to develop or spot play end of year 2....and are gone 2 seasons later

that is ok for UDFAs but not so much for mid round players.......IMHO

I do like they are trading and signing stars like OBJ, Miller, etc. as I have always believe in a mix of FAs, trades and strong drafting
