Re: Bruss compared to the 2022 Pro Bowl tackles

August 06, 2023 10:00AM
Logan Bruss: 6'5", 309 lbs ... arm length 33 1/8

... and the Pro Bowl tackles from the 2022 team:

Lane Johnson, 6'6", 325 lbs ... 35 1/4
Trent Williams, 6'5", 320 lbs ... 34 1/4
Laremy Tunsil, 6'5", 313 lbs ... 34 1/4
Terron Armstead, 6'5", 304 lbs ... 34
Tristan Wirfs, 6'5", 320 lbs ... 34
Dion Dawkins, 6'5", 320 lbs ... 35
Penei Sewell, 6'5", 331 lbs ... 33 1/4
Orlando Brown, 6'8", 363 lbs ... 35

Excluding Brown, doesn't Bruss seem tall enough? And as a 23 year old can't he still put on 10 or 15 lbs of muscle?

edit: in response to JY53's post I added arm length. And he has a point, clearly Bruss does not have prototypical arm length to play OT in the NFL.

I thought reason he wasn't projected as NFL tackle was lack of length?
