No doubt Stafford in far worse situation, though.
But all things being equal Rodgers > Stafford
based on a few factors ... accurate, fewer turnovers
running ... command of offense
BUT you're right, if both on good teams the
disparity in stats would be much. much closer
and I guess it is possible Stafford less streaky
because he wouldn't feel need to do so much
Stafford's one thing that is almost equal if not
equal to Rodgers is arm talent.
Stafford also is tougher.
But IMO, Rodgers has more touch and is more
accurate.
