He's always cared---that is WHY he's been undisciplined...right or wrong he THINKS
that was the best way to win.
We saw it in 2021. He was super hot, super cold then hot enough to go on a run.
That's him, that's his career.
The only questions were the ones raised by the other anonymous coaches.

All three coaches are right---except the first one on the point about Stafford not caring...I think he does.
