TE Coach Nick Caley

This was one hiring that did not come with much fanfare as the fans in New England did not think much of him. Caley apparently really liked Long at Boston College plus the Rams scouted him too and apparently that is why they asked for Long as a throw in. I like his size and he did some really good things at BC, but the work ethic is in question and would be nice for Caley if he could showcased the ability to develop the likes of Long and Davis Allen too.
