Jackson is going to get 1st team LT reps in OTAs and camp. Allow Noteboom the extra time he needs to get 100%. He'd be a valuable depth piece as the season progresses.
I really can't see Noteboom getting the full green light physically until late August, by which time the starting OL needs to be in place. And frankly, I think Jackson is a better LT regardless.
