Many years ago the Rams had a smaller fast guy named Harold Jackson who would catch bombs from John Hadl. It was very exciting.
That's what I expect from Stafford to Tutu.
And our modern day offense has a lot more to it as we have CK, who might be the best Rams receiver ever and we've had some HOF players.
Bruce, Holt, Ellard, Fears. Higbee is often overlooked himself and is one of the best Tight Ends the Rams have ever had. VJ has some skills. SKOW made some plays from multiple positions. Akers can play. It's all up to our OL.
Have some decent players coming back and added a young stud in the draft.

Are you comparing Harold Jackson to Tutu? I hope not and I apologize if I misunderstood you. IMO, they are not even close.

Tutu has only made a "handful" of plays in career so far and I don't need to hear how "he wasn't given a chance". He has HAD chances, not a lot, but enough for me to see him for what he is.

Tutu has made several nice catches and showed some nice speed but really nothing special that we haven't seen from others like Tavon Austion (who I think is better than Tutu) and Donnie Avery (who also might be better than Tutu) and neither player was anything more than a "situational player" that could contribute occasionally.

Tutu is your average undersized WR that can run really fast. They are drafted every year and most fail to break out and be stars.

Having said that, I think there is a place for Tutu in the NFL. Most likely not a "starter" like Harold Jackson was. I do think McVay could incorporate Tutu into the offense a bit more but I have a feeling we will see him beat out by another player with more talent.

Having seen BOTH Tutu and Jackson play I can safely say that IMO Jackson was twice the player Tutu will ever be.

Just because you are fast doesn't guarantee anything about a player. This could very well be Tutu's last year as a Ram. Enjoy him while you can! beer cheer smiley

TuTu made a couple of exciting plays last year but overall, a big reach and probably won't be back with the Rams.

I still can not believe the team that drafted and endured the Tavon Austin experience signed up for the sequel with Atwell. banghead

Did they learn anything the first time?!
