You can only get yards if you are targeted. When he was he caught the ball for good yardage. We have no idea that he won't start as McVay likes to start 3 WRs. Kupp, VJ and maybe Atwell. He got hurt early in his first season so it became a red-shirt year. Last year he wasn't used for most of the first half, but played well when he had chances. Many here think we could've drafted him later, but the real issue is most were peeved that we took him when Creed was available. I concur. I would've taken the center myself, but it's time to stop blaming TA. Many receivers emerge in their third seasons and it's possible he will become a real weapon with a decent OL and Stafford's arm. I keep supporting him not because he is some weird underdog little guy, but because he has sticky hands and runs a 4.3. The talent is there. Hope McVay takes advantage of it.
