I know how you feel bro, but go easy on her. She has a tough job. I know the frustration.
In retrospect (and I'm not a subscriber so I can't read her piece) she did appear to dig up a little information that isn't that widely spread elsewhere. The only thing she might have done differently is to put the info up-top, and then apologizing in the specific for what she can't go into at the bottom. As-is, leading with a disclaimer sometimes sets the reader up to expect disappointment. At other times it can be helpful. A tough call for a writer caught in that bind to make.
Her bright spots far outweigh her lulls. Nobody writes at Pulitzer level all the time, and Jourdan's lulls aren't that bad. Her good stuff is frequent and ahead of the pack, and some if it is great. She's by far he best bet reporter we have, and we're lucky her job is with us, not spread out over the whole league or worse, in basketball.
I'd give her a pass.
