How does he know how Noteboom's recovery is going? Does he have insight into Bruss's progress? Does Allen have lingering problems? Avila was a good safe bet. He will start. He should be a great one. Our OL was hideous last season. Not just bad. Everyone got crushed.

Ya, I have disagreements with many of his assessments. The line was just fine before the injuries? I guess that's why he has our starting LT on the reserve unit this season.

Lots of folks wanting skill position players, but we moved our chips in on the OL, and we'll see how this works out. I know I'm happy we're beefing that unit up, and Avila certainly fits the bill there
