The point is, the Rams had Avila at the top of their board. They took their highest rated player available at that pick. Were they right? No one knows just yet. There's a bunch of teams that wished they had taken AD in the several picks before the Rams took him. Might it turn out that way for Avila? Check back in a couple of years.
