Agree with those calling him the best RB of all-time. To average over 104 yards/game and 5.2 YPC
for your career in the era where teams ran the ball 70% of the time cannot be matched.
There were a series of kids sports books written in the early 70s and one of my favorites was
Jim Brown Runs With the Ball. Read it probably 20 times.
Growing up in Las Vegas he also was on one of the earliest sports talk radio shows there in the early '80s most every Friday night. He co-hosted the show and they'd talk about that weekend's NFL games, etc. I called in several times as a kid and "talked" to him.
Plus if you haven't seen 100 Rifles with him and Raquel Welch, it's actually a pretty good late '60s western.
