Yeah leader might be the wrong word. Unless we're talking about by example. Being missing from the sideline was weird too. AD definitely puts the business side of football first. Not saying it's bad. But it seems obvious.

It's the way the NFL is nowadays. It's all about the money first and foremost and in a way, I can't blame them!
