I will not be surprised if they win 8 games this season and 10 or 11 next year. Last year was just one of those years but I hope it leads to them taking a hard look at their strength and condition program. This team was obviously not in shape to play when the season started. I don't know how much that had to do with Covid and how much it had to do with being physically ready to play.
We were one of the healthiest teams in the NFL for years with the same strength and conditioning staff... last year was a fluke and an anomaly

Yep. Justin Lovett has been here since I believe 2020. I get where Ramstien is coming from but I think that last year was an outlier and almost a return to the mean for so many consecutive years with excellent health.
