Hopefully the light goes on with Rochelle in year 3. The Rams must have known he was a developmental project. But it looked like he was in the coach's doghouse last year. In a lousy and lost season, he did not see the field. Rich Eisen had a faster 40 than Kendrick and Kendrick got a lot of playing time to develop.

On Rochelle
"His technique and spotty transitions will be quickly discovered and exploited by pro talent so he might require a year for additional work and polish. He attacks throws like the former wideout he is and could become successful at baiting quarterbacks into throws they shouldn't make."

"This is the guy that a lot of scouts are talking about because of his long arms and how he's going to test. There are teams out there who will draft him on that alone and barely even care about the tape!" -- Area scout for AFC team
