Agree with you here. Unless they see a guy who can legitimately rise to (at least) second string starter they're just as well, if not better off, taking a chance in the FA market with either a young vet or rookie.
Maybe in next years draft, but not this year.

What are the odds that The Wolf will be back as QB2 due to not being able to find anyone better?
