Yes, a guy can be that Camp Arm, and yeah you might need to keep a practice squad QB to be that scout Qb.
However, the club has to have a guy that can actually play games. There's no way I see Stafford, especially in an "off year" left out there to eat dirt when things go awry.
I expect they'll draft a guy that run like the wind, or and play good play action sort of looks, but they need a Vet. Probably make me groan name, too. We will see......
