McVay knew this was going to be a season to suffer through. It may be part of what he had to consider during his one week off, whether he wanted an even tougher year than 2022. The Rams won't look good, or even mediocre, this season. I'm looking at 3-4 wins at best.
Snead will probably make a couple of trade downs this draft, especially later rounds, just to get numbers to field a team and get some gems to build with in 2024.
Eat all the dead money they can this year. 2024 rebuild with better draft picks and maybe draft the next generation franchise QB. Have money available for FA signings next offseason.
