The two are Snead and McVay. They are the decision makers in tandem for the Rams, with McVay undoubtedly holding the final word. But I think they're two guys who enjoy working together, so undoubtedly they were on the same page with a move of Ramsey's level. Which means 90% chance or more that they are the two he referenced.
But beyond that I have been saying he lost a step for a while now. He was a bit of a liability, and when you play for the Rams they will pay you the bucks but you must produce at the top level or you're gone.
