trading down is usually the best options unless there is "that guy" . . . .Rams just missed on the pick.

But, also, if Wagner had been gone they would have taken Kendricks instead and he was no star, but
they didn't like David for some reason and he's a good player, still playing...so
if they traded down and hit on David---then it would have been okay.

It's not always the best idea, but the key is hitting on the pick, IMO. Pead was a whiff
