1. the top of this draft is light. So no, you aren't getting the best value. in fact, if I had a late 1st, I'm trying real hard to move back and collect day 2 picks. There's the value thus year.
2. My thought process (just speaking for myself) is you trade up one you feel like you are 1 missing piece away. Rams have holes at S, Edge, IDL, OL and CB. They don't even have a full 53 yet. So no, trading up if I'm the GM is out of the question.
3. my only exception is if there is a guy you have so highly rated above everyone else, then go get him. I doubt that's the case with Kancey. And I like him.
