...the fact that we have such fond memories of the 1973 season is an indication that the Rams have been a second-tier team during the past 50 years. I doubt that many fans of the 49ers, Patriots, Dolphins, Raiders, Cowboys or Steelers would have such fond memories of a team that was one and done in the playoffs.
