I agree with New Mexico's take. McSnead paid a large price in order to get a ring and it paid off. We can debate the prices, pro or con, with each side having some merit. My take is that it was worth it. Winning in the NFL requires a ton of factors to line up just right.

Overall McVay has been great for our team and I'm not going to throw him or Snead under the bus because we had a bad season. They've earned the benefit of the doubt. The Ram's currently have enough talent to get back into the playoffs if they make some great FA signings and draft well this time.

McVay's not perfect but I think he's justified and earned a little more loyalty from us.
