The combo of McVays brilliance and immaturity requires some grown up oversight and we don't have accountable grownups in the room because they keep fleecing themselves when others take advantage and know how to leverage our lack of resolve.
For me a SB ring in 10 years or more is not worth a well thought out plan. We simply cave and now we may be looking at our SB as one of the most embarrassing testament of how it should not be done if you take any pride in building something that is sustainable.
