But that was the last lock McVay had to change to get to the Super Bowl. And Stafford got him there and got him the win.

So far, the Rams are the last NFC team to win a Super Bowl.

After all those years in the 2000's and first half of the 2010's of losing, I'm giving McVay and Snead plenty of slack going forward.
