There were 262 players drafted in 2022. You have mentioned three that made an impact. In reality I know there were more. But how many more? Were there 10? 20?

20 impact rookies across 32 teams isn't great odds. Then when your first pick is #104 and that guy goes down with an injury ... well, you might as well play the lottery as expect one of your picks make an impact in year one. Of course, it would be nice if one did. Even nicer if 2 or 3 did. But to expect any of that? Chasing rainbows ...
