And the other DC's in the NFL have not.
Tells me that Morris is worth keeping and he and McVay can "TWEEK" a few things defensively without making a RADICAL CHANGE.
2 things are for sure by now since it's getting late and hires will be made VERY SOON after the Super Bowl.
1. McVay already has "HIS GUY FOR RAMS DC" lined up if Morris gets the Colts job.
2. If Morris does not get the Colts job, then McVay keeps Morris or cuts him loose.
