Of those, as of now Avila is my favorite, but not a scheme fit.
He's a 6-3 335 pound monster. I feel like he'll go late round 2 to a power run team.
Tippman I just put a game on to watch him. I didn't expect him to come out. I focus more on Wisconsin linemen than most, Michigan and Iowa are the others (though Oregon got on the list thus year) ... but I has him as a sophomore I think so I was focusing more on Beach.
From what I've heard he could challenge JMS for best in show. Also heard that about Van Pran from Georgia... also unexpected entry.
I'll know more after the combine, especially since they'll be working out pretty near each other alphabetically (Wypler too) ...
Wypler gets dinged a bit off the bat because the Ohio state line was disappointing. May have had the best OLT in college but still couldn't get it done for a QB or RB.
So did he not make the right calls?
Or was the let down elsewhere?
Again I expect these lines to be dominant. So if they're not I get perplexed.
Wypler for me is 3rd tier. Not a 7th round flier but not someone I'm looking at starting.
I could change my mind after the combine but he's unlikely to jump into the top 50. More trying for top 100. Avila is top 50... tippman I need to watch game and combine.
