Tutu would be scaring teams if anyone could throw him the ball. Buy the QB some time and you'd be amazed how much better the offense would run.
Giving a QB some time does do wonders for an offense.
But, a good receiving RB being covered by a LB or S is scary. Tutu vs. a CB can be but not so much.
While not the same but a potential Marshall Faulk > than a potential Az Hakim.
