And deservedly so. He is the GOAT and inspires that whole defense by how he plays and works to be the best he can be.
Just because he wasn't on the sidelines doesn't make him a bad person and I am sure the players in general understood why he wasn't there on the sidelines. I am sure they know more details than we do and they ain't talking! lol
I am sure he was in contact with his teammates via txt's, DM's and phone calls and he obviously has been taking good care of himself while away.
I think the silence contributes to and causes people to "speculate" about why he wasn't there.
I still think he should have been on the sidelines at least once or twice. IMO, it would have been the right thing to do. When things get "tough", you don't bail out on your teammates. IMO, that's THE most important time to be there. It's what "Captains" do. It's what the GOAT's do.
Maybe if we actually heard why he wasn't there, I would understand. There could very well be a good reason why he wasn't there. I would love to know!
Has any of the reporters in LA ever asked McVay where AD was?
Maybe I missed it.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
